Study on the possibility of a patent ligitation insurance in the european union: Insurance is needed for SMEs but only compulsory system is possible. Gives insight on practical problems of the patent system and costs. Also says SMEs need insurance to work productive under broader patent regime but insurance had failed in france and is impossible to realize when EU wants same patentability as US.
